We are hiring an Agentic Quality Engineer to work at the intersection of AI and software quality across a portfolio of 20+ enterprise SaaS products. This is a hands-on engineering role - not a traditional QA position.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites for enterprise web applications and APIs using Playwright as the primary framework
Build AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual testing overhead, broaden scenario coverage, and surface edge cases earlier in the delivery cycle
Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps to provide continuous quality feedback on every build
Apply prompt engineering to generate test cases, synthesise test data, perform intelligent defect analysis, and produce root-cause summaries
Evaluate and adopt emerging agentic tooling including self-healing and autonomous test pipeline patterns




Perform REST API testing and backend validation using Postman or equivalent frameworks
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge sharing across engineering teams
Qualifications
4-5 years of hands-on test automation engineering experience
Strong Playwright depth — framework architecture, shared fixtures, locator strategies, reusable libraries
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, C#, or Python
Practical experience with AI-assisted test generation or automation scaffolding using Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf
CI/CD integration experience across GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
REST API testing experience using Postman or equivalent
Exposure to MCP, RAG, or multi-agent workflows is a solid differentiator
