Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst for Claims vertical. As Senior Analyst, you will be responsible to handle and execute all allocated claims in accordance with the company’s documented service standards.
Your role will involve investigation, evaluation, processing, disposition and settlement of claims.
You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement,



and customer focus within the shared services team. You will be interacting with the team who are present in any of the onshore locations. Exposure to Insurance regulations and laws, claims handling procedures and Risk management principles is a definite plus.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:
3 years expereince into Employee perks claims
Eligibility verification and completeness review.
Confirm patient insurance coverage, deductibles, and eligibility against policy guidelines.
Calculate the correct reimbursement amount to issue payments or formally deny/pend invalid claims.
Perform benefit determination and pay/deny decisioning per plan rules.
Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
Follow federal/state regulations and guidelines to protect sensitive patient information (HIPAA). Mitigate organizational risk, maintaining compliance and reput
