Job Role Description

The Project Contracting Engineer - Advanced supports the development and implementation of define and execute-stage engineering, procurement and construction contracts for Global Projects stewarded capital projects.



The Project Contracting Engineer - Advanced will be assigned to support capital projects as follows:

As part of the Select Stage Team (Stage 2), participating in the development of the project execution and contracting strategies, as well as associated EMCAPS deliverables

As part of the Define Stage Team (Stage 3), lead the contract development and contractor selection activities (i.e. bid, evaluation, negotiation and award), as well as associated EMCAPS deliverables

As part of the Execute Stage Team (Stage 4), performing contract administration through project close-out for each major contract

It is typical for the Project Contracting Engineer - Advanced to follow the contract post award and be assigned to the Project Team on a full time basis
