Job description
Role & responsibilities
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with experience working as an individual contributor as well as leading/mentoring the team if required.
- Solid expertise in Service Cloud , including Cases, Email Handlers, Omni-Channel, Tasks, Events, and Accounts .
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components , and both inbound and outbound integrations
- Expertise in integration - Whatsapp, message apps, chat, chatbot and voice integration is crucial part of the Service Cloud v2.0 development, and
- Expertise on Case management, tasks,
