- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years professional experience in software development; you will be able to discuss in depth both the design and your significant contributions to one or more projects
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals: data structure, algorithm, distributed system design, database, and design patterns.
- Solid coding skills with Ruby on rails language along with expertise in technologies like Delayed Jobs, PouchDB.
- Java and related technology exposure is a plus
- Transportation, supply chain and logistics domain exposure is a plus
- Exposure in building and maintaining Web application. Preferred to have worked on React screens, using Javascript & Ajax for dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
- REST, JavaScript/Typescript, MySql, MongoDB, ReactJS, Azure, machine learning, geolocation and mapping API
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for deployment and maintenance.
- Understanding of Supply chain and transportation business is a plus.
