Position Overview

As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee a team of Consultants, guiding them through all phases of Oracle Cloud/Any ERP/SaaS implementation projects.



This role requires extensive project management expertise within a consulting firm, as well as a comprehensive understanding of technical projects and the ability to facilitate the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions by providing structure, discipline, guidance, and direction. The role involves interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
Build and maintain the project plan, and review all deliverables before releasing them to the customer.
Ensure projects are delivered as per the plan, budget, and quality standards.
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
