Role Summary
Builds and leads Bitdelta's account management function — covering active traders, family offices, institutional investors, and OTC clients — to maximize retention, trading volume, and lifetime value of high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities
Define the account management strategy and service model across trader, family-office/investor, and OTC segments
Hire, lead, and coach a team of Relationship Managers and adjacent business functions (Partnerships, Direct Sales)
Own retention and volume targets for the managed-accounts book




Build segmentation and tiering frameworks (VIP, family office, OTC) with associated service levels
Partner with Product and Partnerships to address client needs such as new products, fee structures, and integrations
Own escalation handling for high-value client issues
Report on account management performance to the Chief Growth Officer
What You'll Need
7-10 years in relationship/account management, private wealth, institutional sales, or similar, ideally in trading, fintech, or crypto
Proven people-management experience building and leading a team
Strong understanding of trading products (futures, spot, margin) and client servicing needs
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with high-net-worth and institutional clients
Positive to Have
Experience with OTC desks or institutional crypto trading
Existing network of active traders, family offices, or HNI investors in India
