Position: Gearbox Shift system & Synchro (TT610ST RM 4250)

Note – Candidate should be from automotive domain and Design background.

Design (3D, 2D, materials)

Integration: project meetings, change management, FMEA, requirements management, interface definition
Drawings: Create and update drawings for change management and current design
Calculation & Simulation: Calculations performed by component engineers
Plant & Supplier: collaboration in terms of manufacturing process and deviations, quality and robustness

Competences & Skills

modify drawings according to instructions
derive drawings from existing designs in CAD.
Create and implement design concepts in CAD
deep and comprehensive understanding of the function of synchronizer and shifting system in terms of specification, manufacturing and assembly details. Example of a work items: deviation, quality, robustness, …
perform calculations related to strength, fatigue, robustness and tolerance analysis
