Position: Agronomist (Dutch Rose – Polyhouse | Soil Farming)

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Experience: 5–8 Years





Salary: ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

? Eligibility Criteria

B.Sc. Agriculture, M.Sc. Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Dutch Rose cultivation under Polyhouse (Soil Farming).
Practical knowledge of protected cultivation practices is mandatory.

? Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Dutch Rose cultivation under polyhouse conditions.
Plan irrigation and fertigation schedules for optimum crop growth.
Monitor soil health, plant nutrition, and crop performance.
Implement pest and disease management practices.
Improve flower quality, yield, and overall farm productivity.
Supervise field teams and manage daily farm operations.

✅ Required Skills

Strong knowledge of polyhouse and protected cultivation.
Expertise in Dutch Rose crop production.
Knowledge of irrigation, fertigation, and soil management.
