We're building out field and events marketing as a core growth lever across India, the US, and the Middle East. This role owns the strategy and execution of our event, webinar, and roundtable programs across these regions.
This role sits within the Marketing team and works closely with growth, sales, and marketing operations to turn field presence into pipeline.
What You'll Do
Program Strategy
Design and own the field and events marketing strategy across India, the US, and the Middle East
Prioritize events, webinars, and roundtables based on regional goals and audience fit
Execution
Plan and run webinars and roundtables end to end, from concept to follow-up
Coordinate regional logistics, partners, and vendors across multiple geographies
Travel within India and internationally to run and support events
Sales Collaboration & Pipeline Ownership
Work closely with sales teams to align event and webinar plans with pipeline goals
Own the KPI for SQLs (sales qualified leads) and meetings generated for sales teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with marketing operations to track and report on program performance
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience running events, webinars, and roundtables across India, the US, and the Middle East
Strong hands-on AI skills
Working knowledge of HubSpot, Apollo, and Clay
Willingness to travel within India and internationally
