Job Role: Team Lead – Full Stack Engineering

You should apply if you have:
5–7 years of hands-on software engineering experience across frontend and backend, with a track record of leading small teams
Solid production experience in React/React Native on the frontend and Python (Django/FastAPI) on the backend
Experience building and scaling consumer-facing e-commerce or D2C products
Strong people-leadership instincts—mentoring engineers, running code reviews, and driving delivery without micromanaging
A product mindset with attention to performance, reliability, and business impact
Comfort owning features end-to-end, from UI to API to database
Ownership-driven attitude—able to take initiatives from concept to production

You should not apply if you:
Prefer purely individual-contributor work with no interest in mentoring or leading a team
Are only comfortable in one layer of the stack and unwilling to work across frontend and backend
Are uncomfortable owning delivery timelines, quality, and team outcomes
Struggle to collaborate across product, design, and DevOps functions




Avoid accountability for performance, code quality, or production stability
Are uncomfortable working with data and metrics to guide decisions

Skills Required:
Technical Skills (Full Stack)
Strong frontend expertise: React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, and performance optimization
Strong backend expertise: Python (Django, FastAPI), REST API design, and scalable service architecture
Proficiency with Node.js and Express.js for BFF/API layers and SSR where applicable
Solid database skills: MySQL (schema design, query optimization) and ElasticSearch
Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, Kubernetes, RDS) and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Redis and Airflow (good to have)
Comfort with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, New Relic) to track application health
Understanding of frontend performance (Core Web Vitals) and backend performance (caching, query tuning, load handling)
