Main responsibilities:
Optimizing, monitoring, and configuring all SAP environments - Development, Consolidation, Preproduction and Production systems in line with business requirements for any SAP product.




Ability to meet Incident SLA's and activities deadlines.
Execute proactively and in a regular basis monitoring to prevent big issues in SAP landscape, anticipating basis actions to avoid future issues. System Checklist execution to detect recurrent issues and escalations if requires.
Ability to implement changes to the SAP environment in a structured approach using change control processes that minimizes risk and ensures high system availability and performance for each of the SAP systems.
SAP Archiving maintenance, SAP Content repository management of Archiving Objects in SAP. Certificates renewals.
Interact with customers and vendors to maintain operating condition at optimum level, coordinating and prioritizing incidents on Incident Management Tool, providing regular updates and resolution.
Ability to understand Authorizations concept in ABAP, JAVA and SAP BTP systems.
