We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst – EDI & EPICOR CMS to support and enhance EDI, B2B integration, and trading partner connectivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Support, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations.
Manage trading partner onboarding, setup, and maintenance.
Develop and maintain EDI mappings, data transformations, and system interfaces.
Support EDI communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, and VAN.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements.
Provide production support,



issue resolution, testing, documentation, and change management.

Required Skills:
5+ years of EDI experience.
Solid knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and EDI mapping.
Experience with EDI tools such as Seeburger, Gentran, TrustedLink, IBM Sterling, or similar.
Hands-on experience with AS2, SFTP, FTP, and B2B integrations.
Trading partner management and EDI implementation experience.
Epicor CMS EDI experience (mandatory).
Familiarity with IBM i (AS400/IBMi) environment is highly preferred.

Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Profile: An EDI professional with a strong background in production support, integration troubleshooting, EDI mapping, and Epicor CMS EDI administration.
