Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

Vendor & Payment Management

Handle vendor payments, invoicing, and ensure timely settlement of dues.
Monitor ageing reports for outstanding dues and follow up on collections.

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.

Taxation & Compliance

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

Audit Support

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.




Provide necessary documentation and resolve audit queries.

Reconciliation

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Ensure accuracy of trial balance and general ledger accounts.

Process Improvement

Identify gaps in accounting processes and recommend improvements.
Implement best practices for financial control and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/MBA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
