Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time operational support across multiple trading desks in a fast-paced global trading setting.
Monitor and support order flow, execution, and reconciliation across trading systems integrated with APIs and other OMS/EMS platforms.
Act as first point of contact for trade-related issues order rejections, connectivity
drops, feed discrepancies and drive timely resolution.
Coordinate with dev, infra, and compliance teams to troubleshoot API/connectivity, issues impacting trading operations.
Track and log incidents with clear RCA documentation; escalate per SLA when
needed and create requirements to relevant dev teams to close the issues from the root.
Support EOD/BOD checks, margin/position reconciliation, and trade settlement coordination.
Assist with UAT, release testing, and configuration changes for trading applications and APIs.
Leverage AI tools (Claude Code,Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) to automate reconciliation
checks, write quick scripts for data validation, debug API/log issues faster, and streamline repetitive ops tasks.




Maintain SOPs and knowledge base for recurring operational scenarios, using AI to speed up documentation.
Participate in on-call/rotational shifts to support live trading hours and for any new
releasing testing during mock day.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2+ years in trading operations support within a broking, HFT, or fintech environment.
Working knowledge of trade lifecycle and exchange connectivity
Awareness about API or similar trading/order management APIs.
Basic Linux command-line and scripting exposure (Bash/Python/Go) preferred.
Hands-on comfort using AI coding/assistant tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, ChatGPT,Cursor) to speed up troubleshooting, scripting, and documentation. Strong analytical skills, calm under pressure, high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating across trading, tech, and compliance teams.
