Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing engineering across multiple production lines.
- Oversee assembly line design and optimization for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Drive New Product Development (NPD) from concept to production, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
- Lean Manufacturing Practices & Industry automation.
- Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet business targets.
- Foster a culture of Operational Excellence , applying lean principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure compliance with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing issues quickly and effectively under tight deadlines.
- Monitor KPIs and use data analytics to drive strategic decisions.
