KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Oversee Salesforce CRM operations, ensuring high data quality, accurate lead
routing, campaign attribution, and strong governance across leads, contacts,
and accounts.

* Own and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), including
campaign execution, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs to
improve engagement and conversion.

* Drive campaign execution and performance tracking, ensuring accurate campaign
setup, attribution, and continuous improvement based on ROI and conversion
metrics.

* Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide
actionable insights on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and sales
alignment.

* Maintain Salesforce data quality: deduplication, data standardization and
appending contact and firmographic details.

* Conduct secondary research to enrich database records with verified
information.

* Run basic Salesforce reports to support marketing campaign tracking, sales
alignment, and list building.





* Collaborate with the demand generation team to segment audiences and support
email and digital marketing initiatives.

* Identify and implement automation solutions for database management and
marketing operations processes.

* Lead, mentor, and manage the team by driving performance, accountability, and
continuous skill development, while fostering a collaborative and
high-performance work workplace.

* Optimize team productivity through effective workload planning,
prioritization, and standardization of processes, ensuring efficient
utilization of resources.

* Ensure high-quality deliverables with strong attention to detail, enforcing
quality control mechanisms, process adherence, and regular reviews to
minimize errors.

* Drive timely execution of campaigns, reporting, and operational deliverables,
ensuring deadlines and SLAs are consistently met.
