About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Lead – Insurance Partnerships to help
scale Plum's insurer ecosystem. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end
execution of insurer integrations, working at the intersection of technology,
product, and business. You'll partner with insurance companies, engineering,
product, and operations teams to deliver seamless API integrations, drive
strategic initiatives,



and improve how Plum collaborates with its insurer
partners.

What You'll Do

Lead Technical Integrations

* Own end-to-end integration of insurer systems with Plum's platform through
APIs and data exchange.

* Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to plan, implement, test,
and troubleshoot integrations.

* Drive successful onboarding of recent insurance partners while ensuring
high-quality technical execution.

* Identify opportunities to improve existing integrations, automate workflows,
and enhance partner experience.

Drive Strategic Partnerships

* Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives across insurer
partnerships.

* Serve as the primary technical point of contact for insurer integration
programs.
