What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Delivery Lead, APAC, you will support the onboarding of our
fast-growing base of leading and emerging ecommerce retailers. As a highly
motivated project manager, you will be responsible for delivering a




best-in-class implementation experience for our suite of tools including search,
merchandising, personalisation, feed management and optimisation solutions.

You will build relationships and earn the trust of customers and partners as you
guide them from kick off to project completion, setting them up for ultimate
success with Athos Commerce. You will become a subject matter expert across our
products, and manage internal and external resources throughout technical
implementations.

How You Will Succeed

* Prioritise and assess new project submissions from new and existing
customers, driving project kick off, defining project requirements, setting
clear expectations and timelines
* Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to facilitate handover,
manage project expectations and provide a best in class onboarding experience
for our customers
