Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with
15+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years in Technical Delivery
Management, to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex technology
programs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end project
delivery, stakeholder management, engineering leadership, and hands-on
understanding of modern technology stacks including Azure Cloud, React, and .NET
Core backend systems. This role requires a robust leader who can manage
cross-functional teams, drive technical program execution, ensure delivery
excellence, and align business objectives with scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of large, complex, and enterprise-scale
technology projects/programs from initiation through deployment and support. •
Own end-to-end delivery management, including scope, schedule, cost, quality,
risk, and resource planning. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product
owners, architects,



and engineering teams to define delivery roadmaps and
execution plans. • Manage distributed and cross-functional teams including
developers, QA, DevOps engineers, architects, and support teams. • Drive
delivery of applications built on Azure Cloud, React, and .NET Core/backend
technologies. • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business
requirements, enterprise architecture, and security standards. • Monitor project
health through governance mechanisms, delivery dashboards, status reporting, and
periodic reviews. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies,
and technical challenges proactively. • Manage client/stakeholder communication,
escalations, and expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Ensure
adoption of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
