In this role, you will own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of
marketplace for one of ADP’s HCM offerings. You will work cross-functionally
with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify
opportunities, validate solutions, and deliver products that create value for
our clients and business.
No two days are the same. You may spend one day analyzing customer insights and
market trends, another prioritizing features with engineering teams, and the
next aligning stakeholders on product direction. From product discovery through
launch and optimization, you'll play a key role in creating solutions that
improve customer outcomes and support business growth.

you'll need a solid foundation in product management,
customer-centric thinking, and data-driven decision-making. You'll bring
experience defining product strategies, managing roadmaps, and influencing

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Product Strategy & Vision
* Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals and customer
needs.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery
activities.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.
* Build and maintain a product roadmap based on customer value and business
priorities.
Product Development & Execution
* Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements; create specifications,
user stories, and acceptance criteria
