Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Hyderabad (Vanastalipuram). The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining and promoting loan products, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent service throughout the sales process. The role involves understanding customer needs,



managing leads, and coordinating with banks to ensure smooth processing of loans. The candidate will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

Solid Communication skills to clearly and effectively convey product information and engage with customers
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address the needs of clients, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships
Sales experience with an ability to identify customer requirements and achieve sales targets
Willingness to learn and participate in Training sessions as needed to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
Previous experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
