Create user stories
Package features into product releases and create & manage product backlogs
Co-owns the customer experience
Liaise with development leads, solution architects, testers and external vendors involved in product development
End to end ownership of product lifecycle and timelines
Provide product line support for program strategy, operational readiness and post launch product support
Funnel management to ensure efficiency and better conversions
Strategy recommendations to the business teams basis data.
