Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for international clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling calls

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience in a voice process or customer service role (1-5 years preferred)
- Basic understanding of international calling procedures and protocols
