What we are looking for :
- We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) to deliver high-quality support through digital chat platforms
- This role requires robust written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Handle inbound customer interactions via chat with professionalism and empathy
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate,
timely resolutions
- Document chat interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
- Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Excellent written communication and typing accuracy
Client will provide : -
- Two-way cabs with nodal points within 40km radius.
- Attendance Bonus, Monthly Incentives will be provided.
- 1 month paid training at Client site and will be moved to production floor.
