- 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Advisory, or Transaction Management.
- Prior experience working with Real Estate Developers, Channel Partners, or Brokerage Firms is preferred.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Manager to drive business growth through channel partner management, client advisory, and end-to-end transaction execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with real estate developers and channel partners, possess strong market knowledge, and be comfortable interacting with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs).
The role requires extensive coordination across stakeholders and periodic travel within India to build and maintain strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Management & Broker Empanelment:
- Identify, onboard, and empanel channel partners across major cities in India.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with brokers, channel partners, and developer networks.
- Drive business generation through an active channel partner ecosystem.
- Conduct regular engagement activities to enhance partner productivity and loyalty.
2. Real Estate Transactions:
- Manage end-to-end property transactions on behalf of clients, including:
- Property Purchase
- Property Sale
- Property Leasing/Rental
- Assist clients through the complete transaction lifecycle, from property identification to closure.
- Ensure smooth documentation, compliance, and coordination among all stakeholders.
3. Investment Advisory:
- Provide strategic real estate investment guidance to HNI and NRI clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging opportunities, pricing movements, and regulatory developments.
- Conduct market research and present investment recommendations aligned with client objectives.
