Key Responsibilities :
Build and scale the Business Development function from the ground up.
Design, implement,



and optimize the complete sales funnel. Hire, train, mentor, and manage Business Development Associates.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies through multiple acquisition channels.
Build and manage partnerships with channel partners, colleges, universities, training institutes, corporates, and referral networks to generate high-quality leads.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive admissions and revenue. Create scalable lead generation systems across online and offline channels.
Monitor daily KPIs, conversion rates, admissions, revenue, and team productivity. Develop sales strategies and improve processes based on performance data.
Create SOPs, dashboards, reporting systems, and performance frameworks.
Work directly with the Founder to execute aggressive growth plans.
