Are you passionate about Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, and solving complex infrastructure challenges?
We're looking for an experienced Systems Engineer (L3) to join our Technical Service Desk team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, Windows Infrastructure, and Citrix, preferably gained in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting supporting Australian customers.
What You'll Be Working On
Act as the L3 technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and Microsoft ecosystem incidents.
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Entra ID).
Manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and FSLogix environments.
Administer Windows Server, Windows 10/11,



Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP.
Troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments.
Perform backup and recovery using Veeam, Azure Backup, or similar solutions.
Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Mentor L1/L2 engineers, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and maintain technical documentation.
