Required Experience:
2 to 6 years in CMM operating & programming

Qualifications:
Diploma. Mech, BE/BTech. Mech

About the Role:
Communicate ideas, problems, and suggestions to supervisory authority. Theoretical and practical knowledge of CMM.
Ensure Compliance to Internal Process w.r.t to set guidelines of QMS, AS9100, Customer requirements etc.

Responsibilities:
Ensure good knowledge of CMM programming with PCDMIS and Calypso software (Hexagon & Zeiss).
Making CMM program based on MBD model, drawing and valuable knowledge of PCDMIS and Calypso software (Hexagon & Zeiss).
Ensure perform all type of inspection (CMM Manual & CNC inspection,) and analysis is performed according to production requirements in order to meet customer requirements.
A working knowledge of statistics and data analysis are useful in this position, as this job requires the programmer to analyze testing data to ensure the machine is functioning properly.
Managing the day to day activities of the inspection of all products (B787, B737 & other).
In process inspection of Machined parts and giving feedback to production team.
