WHO WE ARE
ExCo is the parent company behind Bucketlist and BHX Project. Twelve years in, bootstrapped, profitable, still growing.

Bucketlist runs premium group adventures across 18+ countries. BHX is India's first creative residency — 120+ editions across 10+ countries where founders, creators, leaders and builders make things that didn't exist before. We also produce creator editions — premium group experiences in Japan, Bali, Jordan, Lombok and beyond.

Our community is 5,000+ people deep. Directors, designers, artists, misfits. Our experiences run at ₹1L–4L+, and everything we put out has to be worthy of that.

THE ROLE
You decide what we show the world, and you make it exist.
That second half is the part most people underestimate. This is not a calendar job. In a given month you might brief a video the team is about to over-edit, find a production crew in a country you've never visited and get three quotes back, and run an activation for our community — while the weekly output keeps shipping on time.
Judgment and logistics have to live in the same person.



You decide what should be made, brief it well enough that the first draft is close to final, then chase the quote, the crew and the date until the thing exists.
What you make is also what we grow on — which is why this seat sits next to the founder, not three layers down.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
What gets made. Themes, formats and cadence across Instagram and YouTube for both BHX and Bucketlist. Every piece has a reason to exist, and you can say what it is.
Getting it made. Shoots, creators, vendors, quotes, budgets, dates. Often remotely, often in places you don't know yet. You find the people, you compare the options, you hold them to the date.
Producing on the road. A few times a year an edition needs original footage. You either fly out and shoot it, or find a local filmmaker, brief them and run it remotely. Either way the footage comes home on time and on standard.
