Roles & Responsibilities:

* Drive business development and achieve sales targets for customers in Central
India.
* Manage key steel & industrial customers.
* Provide technical solutions and support at site.
* Lead trials, approvals, and performance discussions.
* Build solid, long-term customer relationships.
* Capture market dynamics and build strategies for business growth in existing
and new areas.

Essentials:

* 5–10 years' experience in refractory sales / technical services
* Background in Iron & Steel industry preferred (Steel Melting Shop exposure)
* BE/Diploma (Ceramic / Metallurgical / Mechanical preferred)
* Strong communication & customer-handling skills
* Willingness to travel across assigned territory
