Key Responsibilities
Learning Technology Leadership
Own the overall learning technology experience across the LMS/LXP ecosystem, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly learner journey.




Act as the primary point of contact for learning technology governance, standards, and process control.
Partner with HR Innovation, HRMS, IT, and global/regional HR stakeholders to define system enhancements and digital learning priorities.
Evaluate and recommend learning technology improvements, automation opportunities, and digital adoption initiatives.
Support the rollout of recent learning technologies, features, and tools, ensuring business readiness and stakeholder alignment.
Governance and Process Control
Define, maintain, and enforce governance standards for LMS processes, content lifecycle, user access, workflows, and data quality.
Ensure process consistency across countries, regions, and business units while accommodating local compliance requirements.
Maintain documentation for learning technology processes, controls, SOPs, and user support procedures.
