Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Performance Engineering activities across enterprise applications.
Define Performance Test Strategy, Test Plans and execution approach.
Design and review Locust and JMeter frameworks.
Conduct NFR workshops and workload modelling sessions with business and architecture teams.
Lead execution of Load, Stress, Spike, Soak and Endurance testing.
Perform deep-dive root cause analysis across application, middleware, database and infrastructure layers.
Mentor performance engineers and perform technical reviews.
Collaborate with Architects, Development, DevOps and SRE teams to improve application scalability and reliability.
