Tasks

Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings and conducting initial screenings.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.





Manage employee records and handle administrative tasks like payroll and benefits administration.

Provide support for employee relations issues and help resolve workplace conflicts.

Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the technology sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing employee databases and reports.

Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
