About the Role
As our Senior Growth Manager for India, you will be the architect of our user acquisition strategy and the driving force behind our growth trajectory. This is a pivotal leadership role that blends creative strategy, data-driven decision-making, and relentless execution.



You will have complete ownership of all growth metrics for the Indian market, tackling some of the most exciting challenges in the consumer tech space.

What You'll Do:
Lead the Charge on User Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across both paid and organic channels to rapidly scale the Dashreels user base.
Build and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Guide and inspire a team across performance marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO/ASO, and strategic partnerships.
Master the Growth Playbook: Create and implement a data-driven growth plan that balances long-term brand building with immediate, high-impact wins to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Innovate and Experiment: Continuously ideate, test, and scale recent and unconventional acquisition channels to stay ahead of the curve.
