We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who is passionate about hiring top tech talent and can drive end-to-end recruitment for complex engineering, QA, DevOps, and product roles. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, experience in rapid-paced tech hiring, and the ability to partner closely with delivery, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure timely and high-quality hiring. Female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Source, engage, and nurture top-tier candidates for roles such as software developers, QA engineers, automation testers, DevOps engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
Strategically use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, AngelList, and niche tech communities.
Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from JD creation, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, to final onboarding.




Conduct detailed technical pre-screening to assess candidate skills and suitability.
Ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with project managers, tech leads, and department heads to understand role expectations, required competencies, and project timelines.
Provide hiring insights, talent availability feedback, and market intelligence to stakeholders.
Recruitment Strategy & Optimization
Implement best practices in technical hiring and continuously improve sourcing techniques, screening frameworks, and interview processes.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline conversion.
Promote employer branding initiatives and support HR campaigns.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure hiring processes comply with company guidelines
