What You’ll Do
Observability: Ensure end-to-end monitoring of pipelines, data services, infrastructure, and databases. Proactively detect and resolve issues to maintain system health
FinOps: Track and optimize platform usage and cost. Understand cost drivers, perform forecasting, and automate cost control measures
User Management: Manage onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access controls across tools including Tableau, Snowflake, and AWS
Privilege Access Management: Oversee and audit elevated access to critical systems in compliance with security policies
Application Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, updates, and health checks on platform components to ensure operational stability
Service Desk Management: Triage and resolve incidents, service requests (SRs), and problems. Maintai
