Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects within the aviation sector. The role requires robust leadership in managing construction activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards across complex builds.
Key Responsibilities
Construction oversight: Lead site execution, supervise contractors, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Schedule management: Develop and monitor construction schedules, proactively addressing delays.
Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
Quality assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Risk management: Identify and mitigate construction-related risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management of large-scale infrastructure projects.
