Position Summary
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for leading and managing the overall business operations of SFRI India, ensuring operational excellence, sustainable growth, profitability, and execution of the company's strategic vision. The COO will oversee all operational functions including Sales, Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Support, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Business Operations while driving organizational efficiency, accountability,



and process excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership capabilities, extensive experience in the medical devices/IVD industry, and a proven track record of scaling businesses, improving operational efficiency, and building high-performance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's vision and long-term business objectives.
Drive annual operating plans, business expansion strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.
Translate strategic goals into measurable operational KPIs.
Work closely with the Managing Director on strategic planning and execution.
Business Operations
Lead end-to-end business operations across all departments.
Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Service, Manufacturing, SCM, Finance, HR, Regulatory, and Customer Support.
Improve organizational productivity through standardized processes
