Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is eager to learn how technology solutions are designed and delivered in a real-world IT services and product engineering environment.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, support documentation, and contribute to the early stages of solution development.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious about technology, business problem-solving, and product development and wants to build a career in Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Documentation




Assist Business Analysts in gathering and analysing business and functional requirements.
Help convert business requirements into clear and structured documentation.
Assist in preparing:
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
User Stories
Acceptance Criteria
Use Cases
Process Flows
Maintain and update project documentation as requirements evolve.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Participate in client and internal requirement discussions and meetings.
Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand project objectives and requirements.
Coordinate with development and QA teams to clarify functional requirements when required.
Document meeting discussions, action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
Research & Solution Support
Conduct research on technologies, products, competitors, and industry trends to support solution discussions.
