This role Provide technical leadership for the design, development, integration, and deployment of cloud-native applications on GCP. Responsible for ensuring technical excellence, architectural compliance, engineering best practices, and successful delivery of enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall technical solution architecture and implementation approach.
Lead technical design discussions and solution review sessions.
Define development standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
Guide development teams through design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
Review architecture designs, code quality, performance, scalability, and security requirements.
Drive adoption of cloud-native design patterns and microservices architecture.
Ensure successful integration with enterprise systems and external platforms.
Support release planning, deployment strategies, and environment readiness activities.




Collaborate closely with infrastructure, DevOps, testing, and business teams.
Troubleshoot critical technical issues and provide resolution strategies.
Mentor developers and support technical capability development.
Required Skills
7+ years of application development experience.
3+ years in a technical lead or solution lead role.
Strong hands-on knowledge of GCP services and cloud-native architectures.
Experience developing APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
Experience with system integration and enterprise application modernization.
Knowledge of performance optimization and secure application design.
Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
