Contract Job: Duration - 6 Months
Job Location - Tamil Nadu, Ramanathapuram District.

Role & responsibilities
Act as regional services engineer of the assigned region
Handle the Installations/Reinstallations of Equipment
Troubleshooting and servicing the devices in timely
Monitoring the customer farms and timely updating the farmers if required
Provide training to the customer on device functionality and supporting tools
Provide training to the customer on basic troubleshooting of devices
Timely visiting the farmers fields and collecting the feedback
Supporting R&D; activities
Maintain an excellent working relationship with customers and colleagues
Regular visits to the farms to enquire on farm needs.

Qualification, Experience and Responsibilities:
Diploma/ Bachelors degree or any equivalent qualification required.
0 to 1 year experience required
knowledge on shrimp cultures
Valuable communication and soft skills
Have understanding on supporting tools
Willing to travel.
Must have bike
