We are looking for an experienced AI Copilot Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in chatbot development, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), API integrations, and workflow orchestration. Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Databricks, Azure AI Services, and Microsoft 365 Copilot is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise chatbot and AI Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Build conversational AI applications with solid prompt engineering practices.
Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Implement API integrations and workflow orchestration for AI applications.
Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of AI solutions.
Develop scalable AI applications using Microsoft Foundry and/or Databricks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions.
Follow Responsible AI, security,



and governance best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement of AI development standards and reusable components.

Mandatory Skills

Experience in Conversational AI or Generative AI development.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar chatbot development platforms.
Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI design principles.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Expertise in API Integration and Workflow Orchestration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry and/or Databricks.
Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance practices.
