About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and content-obsessed Associate Program Manager – Content Strategy & Insights to help shape the future of storytelling at Dashverse. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, market intelligence, and programming insights,



with a strong focus on micro-drama trends and emerging entertainment formats.
You will play a key role in identifying what content works, why it works, and what we should build next. From decoding winning tropes, genres, and storytelling patterns across global microdrama platforms to conducting deep market and competitive research, you will help define Dashverse’s content slate strategy.
You will work closely with Content, Licensing, Growth, Product, and Leadership teams to translate insights into actionable decisions—helping us build highly engaging, commercially successful, and culturally relevant content.
