Role Overview:
NeuIQ is hiring a dedicated Marketing Lead to take ownership of marketing roadmap from today’s interim, founding team led setup and build it into a full function with a clear plan and vision for 2026 and beyond. The Marketing Lead will report directly to the Head Of Operations, taking control of the road map on the positioning, content creation,



marketing asset creation & the overall messaging strategy of NeuIQ internally as well as externally. This person will be expected to lead the Marketing partner ecosystem, and programs needed as NeuIQ scales toward its ambition. This is a builder’s role – equal parts brand owner, supporting the demand-gen process, and groom to be the future functional leader. The ideal candidate is hands-on, entrepreneurial, highly accountable, and excited about building a marketing function from scratch within a high-growth, AI-native start-up environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Foundation & Positioning (Months 1–3)
Take ownership of the marketing plan already underway – positioning sprint, website revamp, credential/intro decks, and LinkedIn engine – and bring it to completion.
Activate & socialize the single positioning and messaging document, create assets to take these to anchor clients and enable cascade to all downstream market
