Role Overview :

As the Senior Managerfor Brand Management & Innovations (Beauty Owned Brands), you will hold the end-to-end strategic charter for driving aggressive topline growth, new product definitions, and portfolio profitability across Nykaa's premium private label portfolio. This is a high-visibility, senior leadership role demanding a fine balance between long-term commercial planning, operational excellence in Current Product Development (NPD), and iconic 360-degree brand campaign execution. Reporting to the business leadership, you will lead a team of brand managers and cross-functional task forces to execute high-stakes "head-turning" launch pipelines, turning consumer insights into multi-channel revenue engines.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Brand Growth & P&L; Accountability
Topline Expansion: Own the absolute AOP ambition and aggressive year-on-year topline revenue expansion across e-commerce, modern trade, general trade, and international market expansions (including the UK roadmap).
Gross Margin Architecture:



Lead the commercial planning for all new innovations and product renovations to safeguard and optimize the overall brand Gross Margin (GM). Structure blended portfolio pricing strategies to minimize discount burn across key platforms.
Portfolio Turnarounds: Direct structural turnaround strategies for specialized categories (e.g., Nykaa Collection or the Face Portfolio), engineering targeted innovation/renovation frameworks to arrest de-growth and execute clean phase-out/transition pipelines.

Innovation Pipeline & OTIF Governance
Flagship NPD Contribution: Strategize and manage the long-term innovation roadmaps across multiple premium brands, ensuring new product launches deliver a substantial, highly impactful contribution to the total business revenue.
On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) Execution: Hold absolute team accountability for operational launch lifecycles. Ensure that complex multi-brand projects achieve strict OTIF milestones to secure planned
