Role Overview

Experienced OSS Solution Architect with 15+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and transforming OSS platforms for telecom and broadband service providers. Robust knowledge of Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Inventory Management, Fault Management, Performance Management, and Network Automation across multi-vendor environments. Proven track record in defining end-to-end OSS architectures, integrating network and business systems, leading large-scale transformation programs, and driving operational efficiency through automation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Define OSS transformation strategies and target-state architectures aligned with CSP business objectives.
Lead end-to-end OSS solution design covering Inventory, Fulfillment, Assurance, Planning, Configuration, and Network Automation domains.




Design scalable OSS architectures supporting multi-vendor and multi-technology telecom environments.
Drive Service Inventory, Resource Inventory, and Service Topology modelling initiatives.
Architect Order-to-Activate, Trouble-to-Resolve, and Service Lifecycle Management workflows.
Lead OSS/BSS integration programs using industry-standard APIs and integration frameworks.
Design Network Service Orchestration and Closed-Loop Automation solutions.

15+ years of experience in OSS solution design, development, and transformation for telecom, broadband, and network operations environments.
Strong expertise in Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Inventory Management, Fault Management, and Network Automation solutions.
Proven architecture and integration skills across OSS/BSS systems, cloud platforms, APIs, and multi-vendor network ecosystems.
Demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale OSS modernization programs, stakeholder management
