About the Role -

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; Commercial Analyst to join our Finance team. The role will work closely with the Commercial Navigator and business stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insights to support business decisions and drive commercial performance.
What You'll Do

? Analyze margin performance and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
? Perform Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis across channels, segments, and customers.
? Analyze OPEX / S&D; costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
? Support budgeting, forecasting, and QRF (Quarterly Rolling Forecast) processes.
? Prepare management reports and translate complex financial data into clear business insights and recommendations.
? Build and automate financial reports, models, and dashboards to improve efficiency.
? Partner with Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Global FP&A; teams across the organization.
? Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.

What We're Looking For -

✅ 8–12 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance,



Business Finance, or Controlling.
✅ Solid experience in Margin Analysis and Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) Analysis.
✅ Hands-on experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
✅ Robust analytical and financial modelling skills.
✅ Experience in Management Reporting and Business Partnering.
✅ Experience in building automated reports and financial models.
✅ Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, HFM, and BI tools.
✅ Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage.
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Ability to analyze complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations.
✅ Self-driven, hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
