Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to own and scale our digital products across web and mobile platforms. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, strategic roadmap planning, and leading a team of Associate Product Managers while collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with ImpactGuru’s business goals.
Own product outcomes across web and mobile platforms with a solid focus on user growth, engagement, and monetization.
Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Product Development & Execution
Lead the complete product lifecycle from ideation, market research, and discovery to launch, optimization, and scaling.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
Drive data-backed decision-making using analytics, user insights, and market trends.




Conduct and analyze A/B experiments to optimize user experience and key conversion funnels.
User-Centric Design & Research
Act as the voice of the user, ensuring exceptional and intuitive user experiences.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods including user interviews, usability studies, surveys, analytics, and market research.
Champion mobile-first product design and performance optimization.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, operations, finance, and leadership.
Communicate product plans, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Balance user needs with business priorities and technical feasibility.
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Associate Product Managers.
Guide APMs on product discovery, execution, and stakeholder communication.
