Role: Guest Relations Executive

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: min. 2 yrs experience

Preferred industries: Hospitality, Aviation, Real Estate.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide upscale guest experiences to clients / Guests visiting the site office.
- Ensure guests/ clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
- Coordinate Inventory (Pantry, stationery, Brochures, etc.,)
- Ensure special guests receive personalized attention. (VVIP’s, Celebrities, Politicians, NRI's etc.)
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and Team
- Expected flair for communication, with the ability to deliver information in an accurate manner.
- Monitoring & supervising the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness & hygiene of Front office / Lobby area.
- Participating and coordinating with other teams in the planning and Execution of events that happen at the site, ensuring smooth execution.
